MySpace – This is our old MySpace page.  It’s not been updated in quite awhile but there are a couple of songs available there that aren’t on this site.

 

Music we’re listening to

Explosions in the Sky - An interesting rock band with an epic sound.  No vocalist is required as the music simply takes you places.  It’s great for listening to while I’m working or if I just feel like closing my eyes and escaping to somewhere else.  I love their visual art as well.  

The Lions – This is a great Reggae/Dub/Soul project, which is a collection of some fantastic musicians from other bands.  Another great one for sitting back and relaxing.  I love the deep dub/funk bass lines littered throughout the album.  

Beware that the only page I could find for these guys is a MySpace page…  I hate MySpace.

Stars – A fun Canadien indie rock band that utilizes many different genres and styles to come up with a tasty stew.  Changes are frequent throughout the albums but somehow it all seems to come together in a nice satisfying blend.
